ABC staff work under the A.B.C Learning and LHMU Enterprise Agreement 2009. The enterprise agreement offers above award wages to its employees through this enterprise agreement.
All employee’s are entitled to a receive a discount between 15% and 50% on Childcare Fees depending on their employment status, qualifications and eligibility
As an ABC employee you will be entitled to an allocation of uniforms at no cost when you join and new items at each anniversary of your start date. Uniform items and accessories can be purchased at very reasonable prices all year round.
All ABC employee’s have access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This is a confidential and independent professional counselling service. This program offers assistance to help you deal with work and life issues.
We understand that people lead busy lives, and therefore offer full-time, part-time, fixed-term and casual positions to suit everyone’s requirements. We can also offer flexible hours and job share arrangements to suit your individual needs, in line with business requirements. As our centres are only open weekdays (Monday to Friday) there is no weekend work or shift work - hours to fit around your lifestyle!
